Will Onouha, Executive Director, City of Boston Office of Fair Housing & Equity
As Director of the Mayor's Office of Fair Housing & Equity, Onuoha will be responsible for the leadership and management of the office, which includes the Boston Fair Housing Commission and the Boston Human Rights Commission. The Office of Fair Housing & Equity is charged with ensuring fair and equitable access to housing opportunities throughout Boston. Onuoha works to ensure the Office effectively engages and serves residents, especially the most vulnerable, and advocates for fair housing and equity. Through the Office, Onuoha will work to address discrimination and ensure fair access to housing, public services, accommodations, and participation in housing related activities for all people of Boston. Prior to becoming Director for the Mayor's Office of Fair Housing and Equity, Onuoha was the Assistant Commissioner/Director of Housing at Boston’s Inspectional Services Department. As the Assistant Commissioner/Director of Housing, Onuoha oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Housing Division. The Housing Division deals primarily with enforcement of the state sanitary code and habitable living conditions.
Andrew Espinosa, Director of Investigations, Boston Fair Housing Commission
Andrew Espinosa is the Director of Investigations for the Boston Fair Housing Commission ("BFHC"). In this role, Andrew oversees BFHC investigations into housing discrimination in the City of Boston. Andrew advises staff throughout the intake and investigation process, oversees settlement and conciliation efforts, and reviews investigative determinations. Andrew also coordinates with BFHC's sister agencies, such as HUD. Prior to joining FHE, Andrew worked for the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination ("MCAD") as an Investigations Supervisor. Andrew received his Juris Doctorate with a concentration in International Law and Human Rights from Northeastern University School of Law in 2016, and received his bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Tufts University in 2012.

Registering & Attending a GBAR Webinar
1.Register online using GBAR’s online registration process at gbar.org. You will receive an email registration receipt and a link to the GoToWebinar class from GBAR Education. Please check your junk and spam email and add gbareducation@gbreb.com an approved sender.
2. The confirmation email from GoToWebinar includes the link to participate in the webinar, and you will receive reminder emails one day and one hour prior to the webinar.
3. You must attend the entire session, no exceptions. GoToWebinar issues a report that will show if you arrive late or leave early and you will not receive credit for the course if you do not meet the course time requirements.
4. Within 1-3 days of completion of the Webinar, we will verify your attendance from the “GoToWebinar” report. You will receive a “Post Certification of Webinar Attendance” email from GBAR.
GBAR Cancellation Policy
An official email must be sent to gbareducation@gbreb.com at least one week (7 days) before the start of a program in order to receive a refund. If you do not receive a confirmation email in return, your program cancellation has not been processed.
• No refunds will be issued when a request has been received seven (7) or fewer days before the scheduled day of the class.
• No refund or credit will be given if the request is received on the day of the class or after the class has been offered.
**Clicking the CANCEL button linked through GoToWebinar is not considered an official program cancellation and a refund will not be processed.**
