GBAR Ethics Courses (Offers 2 Mass. CE Credits)
The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Board of Directors approved a change to the Code of Ethics training requirement, extending it from every two years to every three years. This extends the current cycle deadline from Dec. 31, 2020, to Dec. 31, 2021.
REALTORS® are required to complete 2 hours and 30 minutes of ethics training, between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2021 deadline The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®. Failure to complete ethics training is a violation of membership, and can lead to suspension of membership and possible termination.
