REFA Mentor Program & Resources
The REFA Mentor Program provides REFA Emerging Leaders with the opportunity to be paired with a senior-level REFA member for a yearlong partnership. This year's program kicked off in February and will wrap up in November.
REFA's 5th Mentor Program is currently underway, led by Co-Chairs John Roach, US Bank and Kevin Stone, CrossHarbor Capital Partners, LLC. REFA organizes 3-4 events throughout the calendar year to bring all participants together. Mentor/mentee pairs are encouraged to connect regularly throughout the program. The pairs share ideas, career advice, and act as sounding boards to help with career and professional development.
This year's program features a record breaking 42 mentor/mentee pairs. The pairs have been organized into sub-groups of 5-6 pairs. The smaller groups are encouraged to meet with each other 2-3 times a year in addition to the pairs meeting on their own. This provides participants the opportunity to connect and network with other mentors and mentees.
Applications for next year's program will go out in early January 2022. If you are interested in applying for the 2022 Mentor Program, please email Nicole Samarjian to be added to the email list.
