REFA Mentor Program & Resources

The REFA Mentor Program provides REFA Emerging Leaders with the opportunity to be paired with a senior-level REFA member for a yearlong partnership.

All spots for the 2023 REFA Mentor Program have been filled. To be added to the communication list for 2024's Mentor Program, please email Nicole Samarjian, Senior Membership & Events Coordinator

REFA's 8th Mentor Program is currently underway, led by Co-Chairs Vin NortonUrban Meritage and Ian McKinley, Ryan, LLC. REFA organizes events throughout the calendar year to bring all participants together. Mentor/mentee pairs are encouraged to connect regularly throughout the program. The pairs share ideas, career advice, and act as sounding boards to help with career and professional development.

The pairs will be organized into sub-groups of 5-6 pairs. The smaller groups meet with each other 2-3 times a year in addition to the pairs meeting on their own. This provides participants the opportunity to connect and network with other mentors and mentees.

If you have any questions regarding 2023's Mentor Program please email Nicole Samarjian, Senior Membership & Events Coordinator.
