REFA Emerging Leaders
The REFA Emerging Leaders membership was introduced in 2005 to educate the next generation of real estate industry leaders. The Emerging Leaders membership offers full REFA membership benefits to individuals aged
35 and younger at a reduced rate per year.
The REFA Emerging Leaders Committee meets monthly to connect as a group for networking, market discussions and presentations, and program planning. The Committee plans the annual Emerging-Leaders sponsored
Summer Panel Event, two
Executive Insight programs, After-Hours events (market/project tours followed by informal happy hours) and
community service projects throughout the year. Meetings provide younger members of the industry the opportunity to discuss market insights, present a project or deal to their peers, and
develop a network of other young professionals.
