Join MAA and become a part of one of the New England's largest and most dynamic real estate associations.
There are two types of MAA memberships: Industry and Supplier. 

Industry Member:

Those who are involved in the ownership or management of multifamily commercial real estate (property managers, condominium managers, developers, maintenance technicians, leasing professionals, etc.). 

MAA Industry membership is Company-wide vs. Individual. 
There is one Principal member who is billed the company dues and is the point of contact for the company membership. 

If an Industry member company joins MAA, that means that every single employee in the state has access to a MAA Membership!
This is a great tool for you and your employees for networking, continuing education, NAA access, and more.All employees of member companies will receive benefits and discounts to education and classes, as long as the corporate membership is in good standing. 

Cost: 

When an Industry member company joins, they pay a company fee + per unit. 

Company Fee: 
Companies with 100 units or less with be billed $375 for the year.
Companies with 101 units or more will be billed $575 for the year.
The company membership cost will be billed to the current Principal Member.

Each company also pays for the amount of units they manage in the state of Massachusetts.
Units will be billed to the Principal Member - the more units a company has, the less per unit it costs. 

Unit Fees: 

• 0 – 100 units | $3.82 per unit 
• 101 – 500 units | $3.21 per unit
• 501 – 2000 units | $2.16 per unit
• 2000+ units | $.75 per unit

Supplier Member:

Those who provide a service or product to multifamily commercial real estate  (restoration specialists, construction companies, cleaning companies, security, technology, landscapers, lawyers, etc.). 

Supplier Membership is on an individual basis. 

Cost:
The first member to join is $425 for the year, and any additional member from the same company is $210 each for the year.
