2. Fastest!! Scan the completed invoice and send your payment to Jill Blanco
3. Fax your payment information to (617) 588-0286.
4. Send your payment information via snail mail to MAA Boston (Attn: Jill Blanco), Three Center Plaza, Mezzanine Suite, Boston, MA 02108.
