Mass. Governor Charlie Baker has rescinded the Emergency Order extending real estate license validity. As a result, any license in good standing as of March 26, 2020 will remain valid until at least October 1, 2020, even if it was previously set to expire at some point between March 26 and October 1. However, as of October 1, licenses with expiration dates between March 26 and October 1 will lapse.
