To obtain a CAM credential you must:
Have worked in the apartment industry for at least 12 months, successfully completed the nine courses listed above (a total of 56 hours) and meet all examination requirements within 24 months of declaring your candidacy for CAM.
Pre-Payment is required. Cancelling within 5 business days of the course will incur a cancellation fee of $150 if replacement cannot be found. No-shows will be charged the full fee.
NEW THIS YEAR: CAM Registration includes ebook. Students that would like a binder must inform RHA and pay $130 prior to 3/18/19.
