REFA Charitable Golf & Tennis Tournament
The REFA Charitable Golf & Tennis Tournament is an annual fundraiser committed to raising funds on behalf of FamilyAid Boston and Breaktime, two local charities whose missions are aligned with providing, creating offering housing or giving education to those in need. The Annual Tournament is held in July, and over 120 members from the Real Estate finance industry participate. Since its inception, the tournament has donated over $140K to local charities.
Speaker Donation
To thank speakers for participating in REFA events, REFA makes a donation on their behalf to FamilyAid Boston and Breaktime, at the end of each year.

The Emerging Leaders Committee participates in multiple community service activities annually. Past charities include:

Annual Holiday Reception Gift Card Drive
