We hope you can join REFA for our first Women's Roundtable program of 2018. Maureen McCaffrey, Director, MITIMCo will lead an interactive discussion based around the following articles: “Speaking While Female: Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant on Why Women Stay Quiet at Work” and "Once again, women get 'manterrupted" by Renee Graham. Participants are encouraged to read the articles prior to the program as the group will spend the majority of the meeting discussing article take-aways.

Formed in 2015, REFA’s Women’s programs are held throughout the year as a chance for women to network with one another and hear from prominent female leaders within the real estate finance community.
