Hour-long educational programs highlighting fundamental real estate topics. For those new to the industry or seasoned professionals wanting to brush up on a certain area, these programs are intended for those interested in broadening their overall real estate knowledge base.
DEI Discussion Series
Hosted by the DEI Committee, REFA members meet a few times a year to explore diversity, equity, and inclusion through different channels of multimedia. Each session is a guided discussion based on a movie, book, article, news-clip, etc. that brings diversity to the forefront and sparks a conversation.
After-Hours
A networking social for mixing and mingling with industry colleagues hosted by the Emerging Leaders Committee.
Annual Forecasting Luncheon
The Annual Forecasting Luncheon is one of REFA's signature events of the year held every January. The program's keynote speaker and panel of industry leaders discuss their views and outlook on the market for the coming year. Forecasting results from the previous year are also examined.
Fall Conference
Yearly breakfast seminar with a focus on the suburban markets. The program features a networking breakfast followed by a keynote speaker and panel discussion.
REFA Gala
REFA’s annual awards dinner and biggest industry event of the year which honors an industry leader with the Robert S. Swain, Jr. Distinguished Service Award.
Annual Charitable Golf Outing
Annual golf outing in July or August, the proceeds of which benefit one or more local charities. The event begins with a shotgun start followed by a reception with food, cocktails and awards.
