But one concept that will never change is the most critical ingredient to assuring prosperity and growth, is the development and maintenance of strong relationships with your customers, clients, residents, and teams. With social distancing and limited to no option for in-person connection - businesses/professionals have an increased appreciation for relationship building skills, including interpersonal relations, emotional intelligence and customer service excellence. As we enter back into a post-pandemic world, the need to build trust and meaningful/supportive relationships is critical. This seminar will focus on resetting/building your mindset and communication skills to develop and maintain effective relationships with all audiences.
