Maria is the Vice President of Sales and National Accounts and has been with ServiceMaster by Gilmore since 2002. She is in charge of ServiceMaster by Gilmore's Sales and Marketing departments including national sales for SRM, ServiceMaster Recovery Management jobs and account management across the United States. Maria is actively involved in all levels of business development and trade groups. She continues to develop relationships with property managers and maintenance personnel within the multi-family industry as well as the condominium industry. She is happy to be a part of such a tight group that works together to build the growth of the company. 

Nikki McSweeney, Business Development Manager, ServiceMaster by Gilmore
Nikki McSweeney is a business development manager for ServiceMaster by Gilmore working with Property Managers in the Multi-Family market segment. Her prior experience is in restaurant management and hospitality. She is an active MAA member and looking to grow her network in Boston and the surrounding areas.  

Joe Venuti, Senior Project Manager, ServiceMaster by Gilmore
Joe Venuti has been an employee of ServiceMaster since 1985. He is currently one of the production managers at ServiceMaster by Gilmore and spends most of his time scoping and coordinating losses, along with writing estimates. He is also in charge of communicating efficiently with property managers and adjusters.  

This webinar will help to improve your knowledge on water damage and teach you the best course of action for when you encounter an issue at your property. Experts in the restoration field will discuss causes of water issues in apartment buildings and the do's and dont's of the cleanup process including what you can do until help arrives.
