Earning your CAM credential allows you to demonstrate that you have the knowledge and ability to manage an apartment community and achieve the owner’s investment goals. The CAM credential positions you well for career opportunities and advancement.

For the health and safety of everyone, masks are required to be worn for all students and instructors during each class regardless of vaccination status, except when eating and drinking. Each student will be sitting at their own desk and desks will be spaced apart. By attending each class, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
If you are not feeling well or are sick, you will not attend class in person and will email the MAA staff to arrange a plan to make up missed work.

To obtain a CAM credential you must:
Have worked in the apartment industry for at least 12 months, successfully completed the nine courses listed above (a total of 56 hours) and meet all examination requirements within 24 months of declaring your candidacy for CAM.

Pre-Payment is required. Cancelling within 5 business days of the course will incur a cancellation fee of $150 if replacement cannot be found. No-shows will be charged the full fee.
