Join MAA for an educational panel on Excellence in Customer Service hosted by your MAA Education Committee! Understanding the needs of your customers and building relationships with your residents are important. Your goal is to deliver a top-notch customer experience every time by exceeding residents' expectations. Justin Holstrom, Regional Manager, CMJ Management, MAA Board Member, MAA Education Committee Co-Chair will be moderating a discussion with our industry leaders: Kelly Foley, NALP, Senior Leasing Consultant and Leasing Trainer, Princeton Properties, Darren Irabor-Brown, Regional Director of Resident Services, Bozzuto, and Nate Lopez, Property Manager, National Development, will discuss how they provide excellent customer service in their respective roles. Gain insights on how to be more responsive, reliable and efficient to deliver the highest quality of customer service.
