GBAR is pleased to welcome national speaker Darryl Davis who will let us in on the findings from an investigation he conducted of iBuyer offerings by companies. He found a great deal of misinformation and even complete untruths that are hurting agent’s ability to take listings ultimately hurting consumers.

This information-packed workshop will:

  • Educate agents on the iBuyer model, including its appeal, drawbacks and how it differs from house flipping;
  • Introduce you to a variety of iBuyer firms in operation in the U.S. and the influence they’re having in other real estate markets;
  • Prepare agents and brokers on how to properly advise home sellers and/or respond to questions from consumers about iBuying programs;
  • Provide RE professionals with tools to explain the iBuyer pitfalls to homeowners, including a slide deck to use at listing appointments
