The REALTOR® membership marks are a valuable resource which you may use to distinguish yourself from non-member real estate licensees.  These marks include, but are not limited to, the REALTOR® logo and the terms REALTOR® and REALTORS®, which are federally-registered trademarks reserved exclusively for association members. 

In Massachusetts, only 25 percent of all licensed real estate agents have earned the right to use the term REALTOR®.  Furthermore, a study of the REALTOR® brand conducted for the National Association of REALTORS® during the past decade suggested that association members may derive between $3,200 - $4,500 in incremental business income annually from the REALTOR® public awareness campaign and other marketplace advantages tied to the REALTOR® brand.  To ensure you’re getting the most from your association membership, we urge you to wear the REALTOR® pin and display the REALTOR® logo on stationery, ads and marketing materials.
