Andrew Espinosa, Director of Investigations, Boston Fair Housing Commission

Andrew Espinosa is the Director of Investigations for the Boston Fair Housing Commission ("BFHC"). In this role, Andrew oversees BFHC investigations into housing discrimination in the City of Boston. Andrew advises staff throughout the intake and investigation process, oversees settlement and conciliation efforts, and reviews investigative determinations. Andrew also coordinates with BFHC's sister agencies, such as HUD. Prior to joining FHE, Andrew worked for the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination ("MCAD") as an Investigations Supervisor. Andrew received his Juris Doctorate with a concentration in International Law and Human Rights from Northeastern University School of Law in 2016, and received his bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Tufts University in 2012.

An official email must be sent to [email protected] at least one week (7 days) before the start of a program in order to receive a refund. If you do not receive a confirmation email in return, your program cancellation has not been processed.
• No refunds will be issued when a request has been received seven (7) or fewer days before the scheduled day of the class.
• No refund or credit will be given if the request is received on the day of the class or after the class has been offered.
