For our fall RealTour Member Meetings, GBAR Legal Counsel and Director of Risk Management Bill Mullen will lead a lively discussion and give his insights into several important legal issues including how to best fill out the lead paint disclosure form and how to make a property lead safe. He'll also discuss the disclosures and pitfalls involved with consumer protections outlined in Massachusetts General Law Chapter 93A. Lastly, he'll share best practices from how to handle escalation clauses to how to properly present an offer.
