• Set up templates, contacts, transactions & using the help feature
• Filling out forms, Printing/Emailing/Faxing
• E-signing forms using DocuSign or zipLogix® e-signature 
• Viewing completed signed packages
• zipLogix® Tips for keeping organized.
• Transaction, property using MLS connect (pulling info in from MLS)
• Adding all parties to transactions, upload forms lead paint, seller's disclosure etc.
• Setting permanent info in templates, auto updates in templates, highlight or strikeout
• Split PDF (i.e. Lead Paint form)
• Filter: active, pending, closed. Will calculate in agent dashboard. Key in purchase summary under transaction
• Task, Checklist, Calendar, Clause and more.
