Ever wish you could go directly to city leaders to ask your questions or voice concerns about laws and regulations affecting the real estate industry, property owners, and home buyers? Here’s your chance!
We’ve invited four City of Boston department heads and cabinet officials to speak about policies and issues within their jurisdiction that impact the housing market, property transactions, and your business. You can expect the conversation to include a discussion about best practices to comply with building code enforcement, avoid discrimination complaints and violations of the fair housing laws, and the process of scheduling smoke and CO2 detector inspections. In addition, you’ll receive an update on Mayor Walsh’s plan on producing 50,000 units of housing in the city by 2030, as well as learn about various resources available through the Boston Home Center.
