Mission Statement and Objectives of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board
The mission of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, as the leader of the profession, is to act as advocate for the profession, and to educate, inform, and serve its members and the public. To achieve this mission, GBREB will:

Promote and defend private property rights

Work in concert with public and private organizations, to foster economic development.

Create forums for the discussion of business and governmental topics

Promote high ethical and professional standards

Be the leading public voice for the profession

The Greater Boston Real Estate Board consists of five organizations: Building Owners and Managers Association, Commercial Brokers Association, Greater Boston Association of Realtors®, Real Estate Finance Association, and the Rental Housing Association. GBREB is an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, BOMA International and the National Apartment Association.
