The Greater Boston Real Estate Board's REALTOR division is seeking a professional individual to provide support for Executive Assistant/Office Administrator activities for its Reading, MA. Location
This person will work directly with the Executive Director of our REALTOR division providing executive support in a one-on-one working relationship, serving as the primary contact for internal and external customers while exercising good judgement in a variety of situations. This person must be creative and enjoy working within a small, environment that is mission and results driven, and community oriented. This Executive Assistant must also have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and be able to work under pressure at times handling a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office applications. At least two years’ experience in an office environment as an Executive Assistant. Four year college degree preferred.
Compensation: Based on Experience
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Paid Time Off (PTO), 401 K, 45% of T Pass.
Local Residents Preferred (No relocation).
