Each session is scheduled for one hour and will feature GBAR Counsel William G. Mullen, III, Esq., tackling business practices, laws and regulations, and transactional dilemmas with legal or ethical implications for you and your business.

This FREE session will offer an update on the GBREB Forms Library and its availability on zipLogix, Remine and other forms vendors. In addition, we will discuss the new requirements of the Massachusetts Mandatory Licensee-Consumer Relationship Disclosure Form and the new Exclusive Listing and Buyer Representation Agreements with Consent to Designated and Dual Agency in a single form as well as touch on the Rental Brokerage Disclosure Form.
