As a property professional, this course will help you develop and manage proactive environmental/occupational health and safety programs, comply with regulatory standards and guidelines, and assess when to obtain technical assistance.

Instructor - Barry Familetto - Stetson Management & Development Company
Barry has over 27 years of commercial real estate experience. He has served as a CFO, asset manager, real estate manager, and construction project manager. A Certified Public Accountant and Certified Property Manager, Barry received a BSBA in accounting from Merrimack College and an MBA from Babson College. Currently, he is also an adjunct lecturer at Harvard University Extension School and at Babson College’s Olin Graduate School.
