Instructor - Mark Giampa- Related Beal
Mark Giampa joined Beal and Company, Inc. in April of 2002 where he managed Ledgemont Center and Waltham Corporate before becoming the General Manager of the Seaport Center in August of 2006. After the sale of the Seaport Center in May of 2012, Mark has taken on the responsibility of overseeing a number of properties within the Related Beal |Commercial Portfolio. Mark started in Property Management in 1997 working as an Operations Manager for Beacon Properties. Shortly after the merger of Beacon Properties and Equity Office, Mark became a Property Manager for Equity Office’s Cambridge portfolio and later managed some of Equity’s most prestigious assets in Boston’s Financial District.
Mark is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and holds the Real Property Manager’s (RPA) designation offered by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Certified Property Manager’s (CPM) designation offered by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Mark is also a certified Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) Instructor.
