Join CBA for the first in a series of lunch and learns! The series will focus on a variety of topics covering the fundamentals of commercial leasing. The program is perfect for people wanting to learn more or to serve as a refresher.

This session will focus on the critical components of the leasing process from letter of intent to lease execution, with particular emphasis on the complementary roles of brokers and attorneys, ways to avoid traps for the unwary, as well as discussion of specific lease provisions.
