The Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) serves GBREB’s commercial brokerage members, providing education, networking, public and government affairs, mediation and arbitration, and other selected services.
The CBA is committed to providing relevant educational programs, promoting professionalism and cooperation, and creating an atmosphere where knowledge and ideas are easily exchanged.

Becoming a Member:
Below please find the categories and qualifications for membership with the Commercial Brokers Association.
Industry Member:
- Licensed individuals engaged in brokerage.
- Annual dues are $630 for the year per individual.
Affiliate Member:
- Vendors and professionals not engaged in brokerage; those that provide a service or product to the commercial real estate community.
- Landlords & Owners.
- Annual dues are $630 for the year per individual.
Future Leader Member:
- Both Industry & Affiliate Members who are 35 years or younger in the industry.
- Annual dues are $300 for the year per individual.
- Compared to the annual Individual dues rate of $630, this discounted rate is offered at $300 (an annual savings of $330 dollars), while still offering the full membership benefits associated with a regular CBA Membership.
First Year Broker Membership:
