Capture the opportunity to join a few of BOMA Boston’s seasoned professionals as they share some of their knowledge surrounding important expenses at your assets. The Insights from the Pros Roundtable will be led by Chuck Hurchalla, President, Evolution Sustainability Group, Gregg M. Laufersweiler, Sr., Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Stanley Elevator, Jennifer L. Twombly, RPA, General Manager, Rockhill Management, LLC, BOMA President-Elect, and Clayton Wentworth, RPA, Vice President-Portfolio Manager, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, BOMA 2022 Treasurer. They will focus on utilities, elevators, real estate taxes, janitorial contracts and supplies, along with opening the conversation to discuss other operating expenses as time permits.

There will be a live Q&A session with the audience led by Corinne Nawrocki, Service Sales Representative, Stanley Elevator, BOMA 2022 Board Member, to answer any questions you have.

Corinne Nawrocki is a vertical transportation professional at Stanley Elevator with over seven years of industry experience. She passionately invests her energy and enthusiasm into building meaningful relationships with industry members and customers. Being a member of the BOMA Boston chapter enables her to flourish as an emerging leader in Commercial Real Estate. She chaired the Emerging Professionals Committee for two years and is a member of the Engineering and Special Events Committees. This past year, Corinne was honored to have the opportunity to be a panelist speaker at the BOMA International Conference. Memorable moments for Corinne with BOMA Boston include giving back to her local community through various community service projects and connecting with talented individuals across the industry. She graduated from Bentley University with a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science. Corinne enjoys skiing, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. 

Chuck HurchallaPresident, Evolution Sustainability Group
Chuck Hurchalla has over 30 years of experience in the deregulated energy markets, including natural gas, electricity, and petroleum products. He is considered a subject matter expert on hedging strategies and the fundamental and technical drivers of movements in the energy markets, including renewable products. In addition, he has been instrumental in helping clients develop comprehensive energy management solutions that meet or exceed energy efficiency and sustainability goals. 

Gregg M. Laufersweiler, Sr.,Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Stanley Elevator
Gregg’s passion for identifying and providing custom elevator solutions in the Boston commercial real estate industry has made him one of the industry’s most sought out advisors. With over 42 years of management experience, his technical expertise and passion for the customer is perfectly complemented by the Stanley Elevator team. 

Jennifer L. Twombly, RPA, General Manager, Rockhill Management, LLC, BOMA President-Elect
As General Manager for Rockhill Management in Downtown Boston, Jenn Twombly is responsible for over 2 million square feet of office space. With a large variety of tenants in her portfolio, the cultural development of a community for Rockhill Management tenants is a significant aspect of her role. Jenn has managed various Class-A, Class-B, and industrial properties in Massachusetts throughout her career. Jenn achieved a Real Property Administrator designation in 2015 and graduated from Bentley University with a major in Business Management. Jenn has been an active member of BOMA for over 12 years, participating on numerous committees. In 2016, she was selected by the Building Owners and Managers Association as Property Manager of the Year. In addition to her role with BOMA as the 2022 President-Elect, Jenn currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Downtown Boston BID. In addition to her passion for real estate, Jenn loves to cook and spend time on the beach. When she is not working, she focuses much of her time on her three sons and their Vizsla pup, Bowdy. 

Clayton Wentworth, RPAVice President-Portfolio Manager, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, BOMA 2022 Treasurer
Mr. Wentworth is a VP of Asset Services | Portfolio Manager with Alexandria and is responsible for overseeing the commercial real estate activity associated within the suburban portfolio which consists of approximately 5 – 6 million SF and 42 buildings throughout the 95/495 belts. Prior to Alexandria, Mr. Wentworth worked with CBRE on a client’s portfolio in Cambridge and Boston, including the 2017 BOMA Boston TOBY Renovated Building of the Year, Riverfront Office Park. He also worked with DivcoWest and Normandy Real Estate Partners during his first 8 years and now has over 15 years in the industry. Mr. Wentworth has been able to watch some of the most intriguing companies evolve, merge, sell, operate, and thrive. The current commercial market has recognized the strength of lab & life science assets and he is grateful to have joined the leading firm within the sector focused on the betterment of human health through their well-established ecosystems and clusters.
