 Ensuring the safety and longevity of building facades and parking garages is a key responsibility for property managers. New England weather can degrade concrete, brick, and all exterior materials, allowing moisture to reach the metal structures below. Proper maintenance of facades and garages can prevent issues from small leaks to major collapses and protect the value of the asset. 
Industry experts will share their expertise on how to inspect, maintain, and waterproof building facades, including meeting Boston Façade Ordinance requirements.
