The holiday season is an important time for a commercial building to make a great impression to tenants and the community. Join BOMA Boston to ring in the season and chat with expert panelists about how to best prep your building for the holidays. A panel of local BOMA members will share their expertise and angle on how to best celebrate the holidays in your building and in our city.
*If you have time, join us for 30 minutes following the program for a community service project with Building Impact to support Bridge Over Troubled Waters. We will be making bags of trail mix to for staff to hand out to teens at the Street Outreach Van.*
Bridget Akinc, CEO, Building Impact, will share thoughts on how to best support our community partners during this time of giving
Jan Goodman, President, Cityscapes, Inc., will share trends and tips about interior decorating, live plants, and making your building sparkle
Kerry Hurley, Executive Director, Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster, P.C. will serve as moderator of the conversation. As a former property manager, she is committed to excellence in service and amenities. She believes it is important to highlight the holiday season with an extra dash of glitter.
Jeffrey P. Horblit, General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer, Northeast Security, Inc. will share information on how to best protect your building during this busy time, with a greater influx of packages, visitors, and changing weather
Melissa Miller, Account Manager, Janitronics Building Services, will share her experience supporting the maintenance and decorating of the Prudential Center, including lighting the windows of the tower for special occasions
