Massachusetts is just a few weeks away from the legalization of marijuana which goes into effect on July 1st. With the state law changing it is vital for all building owners and property managers of commercial and residential properties to be informed of the marijuana laws.

This presentation will be led by Attorney Frank A. Flynn, Managing Partner of Flynn Law Group, located in Boston. Attorney Flynn will review the Massachusetts marijuana laws and advise commercial and residential property managers along with building and condominium owners of the legal provisions and safeguards that should be taken to protect their property.
