BOMA holds 50+ programs and events each year ranging from Social and Networking Events to Educational Events, and an Annual Awards Dinner.

- Fishing Tournament& Reception in June out of Liberty Wharf - 130 Attendees
- Charitable BOMA Benefit held in March – 300 Attendees
- TOBY & Industry Awards Dinner & Reception in November at the Marriott Copley Place in Boston – 650 Attendees
- Springfest in May & Fallfest in October held in Boston – 300 Attendees each
- Member Holiday Happy Hour in December in Boston Location – 70 - 100 Attendees
- Networking Nites held quarterly in Boston and the Suburbs *Free for members - 75-100 Attendees each
- Behind the Scenes Tour in October in Boston – 60 Attendees Hosted by the BOMA Emerging Professionals Committee
- Connect with BOMA Breakfast held twice a year in Boston - 40 - 50 Attendees hosted by the BOMA Membership Committee
- BOMA Roundtables held 6-8 times a year in Boston, educational sessions on specific best practices related to commercial real estate industry *Free for members - 60 Attendees each hosted by the BOMA Programs Committee
- Tech Talks/ Tech Tours held 3 times a year in Boston – 25 Attendees hosted by the BOMA Engineering Committee
- 10 BOMI Courses for RPA and FMA Designations – 10 Students per class
