The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards are the most prestigious program of their kind in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing quality in buildings and rewarding excellence in building management.

BOMA Boston's TOBY Awards program is one of the largest in the nation, and property management teams have 17 categories to choose from to submit their building.

 Join BOMA Boston for an in-depth, step-by-step instruction on the TOBY Awards Submission Process. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of how to submit a building for the TOBY competition and how to conduct a TOBY Tour during the judging process. Attendees are encouraged to bring questions for this interactive discussion on how to make your submittal the best it can be.
