Join BOMA Boston to hear from MBTA leaders about the current and future of the T in Boston.
Jeff Cook and Bill Wolfgang will share an overview of the complexity of managing numerous MBTA lines, plus technology, real estate, leadership, and logistics.
They’ll lead a conversation of the future of our rail systems, covering the $8 billion capital improvement project updating and modernizing the infrastructure over the next five years.

Jeffrey Cook is Chief Procurement and Contracts Administration Officer of MBTA. Mr. Cook is responsible overseeing the procurement and vendor management strategy for leading the leading teams that provide real estate services, revenue, procurement, and technology. Mr. Cook served as Vice President of Fidelity Real Estate Company (FREC). Prior to joining Fidelity, Mr. Cook worked for Cohen Properties, Trammell Crow Residential and Spaulding & Slye Company. Mr. Cook holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College and an MBA from Suffolk University. He is past President of the Building Owners Management Association (BOMA), Member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, and was Executive of the Year Award winner for BOMA and CoreNet Global. He is a member of various Boston leadership committees including the Board of Directors of the Boston Downtown Business Improvement District, A Better City and Seaport Transportation Management Association.
