The Real Estate Finance Association (REFA), a division of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB) is an association of real estate finance professionals from a variety of institutions who work to enhance the profession through education, thought leadership, professional development and advocacy. Formed in 1988, REFA has established a reputation for excellence in promoting the exchange of information between professionals in the real estate finance community. REFA holds over 30 programs and events per year that range from high-level speaking forums, to educational programs and networking events, including the Annual Gala Awards dinner. Currently, REFA has over 500 members including 62 corporate sponsors and 150 emerging leaders.
