Joseph F. Fallon, founder, president, and CEO of the Fallon Company, is this year’s Robert S. Swain Jr, Distinguished Service Award recipient. This award is an annual recognition of an individual who has made an oustanding contribution to the real estate industry either by lifetime example or specific achievement.

Since 1993, Fallon has developed billions of dollars in commercial real estate through numerous projects in Boston, including the Fan Pier, the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel, the Park Lane Seaport, One Marina Park Drive, Fifty Northern Avenue, and Eleven Fan Pier Boulevard. In addition to his contributions to the real estate industry in the Greater Boston area, Fallon’s company also contributes to the overall community by supporting numerous non-profit organizations, such as the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston, The Boston Harbor Alliance, and Save the Harbor / Save the Bay.
