GBAR New Member Orientation

As a part of the GBAR new member requirements, you must complete the New Member Orientation Program to be accepted as a full REALTOR® member.

NOTE: Application and dues must be submitted prior to attending Board Orientation.

Orientations are usually held bi-monthly.

Registration from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM

Program starts promptly at 10:00 AM and concludes at 4:00 PM  No walk-ins, must be registered to attend.

* Legislative Issues/Government Affairs Affecting Residential Real Estate
* Benefits of Membership
* Fair Housing

No Show Policy: If you are unable to attend a New Member Orientation session you have pre-registered for, we ask that you contact our Membership Department at least 24 hours in advance of the session to notify us of your inability to attend. Those who fail to cancel their registration at least 24 hours prior to the program will be subject to a $50 No-Show Fee, which is intended to ensure no one is turned away unnecessarily due to limited seating at certain orientation programs.
