Metro Newspaper Announces Discounted Ad Rates for GBAR Members
Just in time for the spring market, the cost for GBAR Members to advertise property listings in Boston’s largest daily newspaper is going down. As part of a new partnership between the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and Metro Newspapers, REALTORS® in Greater Boston are now eligible to save 20 percent off the published rates for most standard display ads available in the Metro Boston.
The special reduced rate card for GBAR members provides substantial savings on display rates for ads ranging in size from one twelfth of a page to a full page ad that may appear throughout the run of the paper or targeted for placement in certain sections or editions, such as the “At Home with Metro” section that appears each Wednesday in the Metro. In addition, the 20% discount is available on display ad rates applicable to Metro’s new classified directory.
All GBAR members, including affiliates, are eligible to receive the 20% ad rate discount, so whether you specialize in residential sales, rentals, commercial real estate, or are an affiliate offering an industry-related product or service, the Metro provides a cost-effective forum for reaching your audience. With the largest daily circulation and readership of any newspaper in metropolitan Boston, its free cost, and a distribution network that is concentrated in Middlesex, Norfolk and Suffolk counties (but also extends to Bristol, Essex, Plymouth and Worcester counties), we invite you to consider the many benefits of advertising in the Metro Boston, especially the special pricing now available to GBAR members.
For more information on this advertising discount program, visit the Member Benefits page on gbar.org or call Yasmin Nasrullah at the Metro, 617-338-7861.
