Mapping Success is Back! Get Great Results from GBAR’s Training Series
As you’re most likely well aware, today’s real estate industry is as competitive as ever. To be successful, you need to be goal-oriented, provide exceptional customer-service, and be highly-skilled in handling today’s increasingly complex property transactions. The REALTOR® organization prides itself on educating and training real estate professionals to achieve their career goals, and sometimes going back to the basics can create a spark that will help your business boom! GBAR has developed a very successful program, entitled Mapping Success, which was designed for both new agents and those looking to help jump start their career. In fact, there are specific classes that will focus on creating a business plan, building your sphere of influence, working with buyers and sellers. In all, the Mapping Success training program consists of three full-day classes to boost an agent’s productivity and teach you the industry’s best practices for meeting buyers and sellers expectations. Attendees can expect to gain an understanding on many key elements of the real estate business, such as prospecting, key components of a listing presentation, and setting short and long-term sales goal. In addition, you will receive instruction on how to handle buyer and seller objections, gain insights on the most effective lead generation tools and skills, and learn about industry basics, such as agency, the fair housing laws, and advertising regulations. You have the option to enroll in individual classes or the entire three session series. Registration for GBAR members is modestly-priced at $60 per day, or agents can enroll in the entire series for $150.
