Applicants who wish to sit for the real estate broker's license exam must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a current MA Salesperson license
- Complete 40 hours of pre-licensure broker education
- Have been licensed and affiliated with a MA broker for at least 3 years

Other REALTOR/GBREB Member: $450.00
Non Member: $500.00
*$25.00 will be added to all registrations after July 8, 2013
Tuition must be paid upon registration. GBAR reserves the right to cancel the course if less than 10 students register. If the course is cancelled by GBAR you will receive a full refund. If you elect to withdraw from the course prior to the start date, GBAR will issue a refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee.
