The Greater Boston Real Estate Board's Center for Professional Development will provide you with the training you need to successfully pass the real estate exam.
In order to obtain your Massachusetts Salesperson License, you must be at least 18 years of age, complete 40-hours of classroom training and pass the examination.
When:Tuesdays and Thursdays (must attend all classes)
5/2, 5/4, 5/9, 5/11, 5/16, 5/18, 5/23, 5/25
Time: 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Where: GBAR Member Service & Training Center, 68 Main Street, Reading, MA
Applicants who wish to sit for the real estate broker's license exam must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a current MA Salesperson license
- Complete 40 hours of pre-licensure broker education
Cost: Tuition* is $350.00 (Includes Textbooks) if you register prior to April 11, 2017
Registration after April 11, 2017 is $400.00
Tuition must be paid upon registration. GBAR reserves the right to cancel the course if less than 12 students register. If GBAR cancels, a full refund will be given. A full refund will be given if the student cancels by August 30, 2016. If the student cancels less than two weeks before the course begins, there will be a $25.00 administrative fee subtracted from the refund.
