Although we at GBAR know we have said it many times before, we are going to keep saying it! The National Association of REALTORS® requires that all REALTORS® complete a mandatory, two-and-a-half hour ethics course every four years and the deadline is December 31, 2012. Although many members have in fact completed training, there are still many of you who have yet to take the course. To make it simple, we have scheduled several live and webinar classes between now and the end of the year to help you accomplish this requirement. Additionally, NAR has the training set up for free onlinecheck our list of members that we have a record of completing ethics. If you don’t see your name, but have taken the course, please provide us with documentation that proves you have completed it. And if you simply haven’t taken it…well….sign upp!
