Local Market Update Reports
First produced in July 2011, the association’s Local Market Update (LMU) Reports follow key indicators of housing market performance, documenting data for each month on the calendar. The LMU Reports contain data on closed sales, median selling price, percent of original list price to selling price, housing affordability, the inventory of unsold homes/condos, pending sales, and average time on the market for sold property. Both annual and month-to-month comparisons are provided to the current month’s data. To view and download individual one page reports for each of the 54 cities and towns within the GBAR jurisdiction, as well as 10 communities adjacent to the GBAR jurisdiction, select from the menu below.
Notably, you can also access quarterly data for the single-family home and condominium markets by community for the years 2006-present via Real Estate Rewind, our association’s online quarterly market report.
