Day One-Local Markets
This Introductory course offers you an overview of the international real estate business environment, including capital flow, currencies, government regulations and cultures. Topics such as international brokerage, networking, marketing , and selling will also be discussed.
Day Two- Transaction Tools
This course provides you with tools needed to present investment information to international clients- in their currency and area. You will learn how to measure investment performance, prepare financial projections, and understand the effects of taxes and exchange rates on investment.

Brian Woods is a Florida licensed Real Estate Instructor and Broker with a diversified background. He earned his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), MS Information Systems Management (MSISM) and BS Computer Information Systems (CIS) from Ferris State University. He holds numerous professional certifications earned from the National Association of REALTORS®, include Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). Brian is on the global faculty of the National Association of REALTORS® as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Instructor, as well as, a faculty member at Florida REALTORS®. He is passionate about professional education and has instructed in many professional settings, including multiple REALTOR® Associations.
