What safety precautions do you regularly utilize when showing property? (check all that apply)
Provide office with info on person you’re meeting, property address and expected return time;
Ask office to contact you during appointment and set “safe” and “threat” code words;
Have a colleague or friend accompany you to showing;
Become familiar with all exits, unlock all doors and establish escape route;
Carry alarm, whistle or other attention attracting noise device;
Wear loose fitting clothes, shoes you can run in, and limit jewelry.
