The Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) serves GBREB’s commercial brokerage members, providing continuing education, public and government affairs, mediation and arbitration, and other selected services.
The CBA also serves as a significant vehicle for the exchange of ideas at the local level. With all of its benefits, membership in CBA is one of the best investment decisions you will make!
Becoming a Member:

To be an Principal Member, an individual must:

- Be an individual actively engaged, wholly or in part, in the business of non-residential real estate brokerage and possess any governmental license required therefore.
Be affiliated with an existing principal member firm

Submit annual dues of $630.
Be actively engaged in providing good or services to those engaged in the business of non-residential real estate brokerage.
