The Downtown Boston Business Improvement District (BID), incorporated in October 2010, is a private not-for-profit corporation created and maintained by downtown property owners. By providing services including cleaning and hospitality, promoting Downtown businesses and amenities, upgrading streetscapes, and investing in capital improvements, the BID is committed to achieving downtown's full potential as a premier economic center and vibrant mixed-use neighborhood. Join BID President Rosemarie Sansone, BID staff, and BID Board member Michael Murphy (Clarendon Group USA) to hear about the BID’s impact, how upcoming projects might affect the real estate market, and share your ideas and vision for the future of downtown Boston.
