Join BOMA Boston on our annual August Roundtable Site Tour featuring the 2012 BOMA Boston and 2012 BOMA Mid-Atlantic Region TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) winner in the Earth Category, 33 Arch Street. 33 Arch Street is owned by TIAA-CREF and managed by CBRE | New England. It is a 33-story building, constructed of granite with an aluminum and glass façade, and is LEED Gold Certified. The building is located by historic Faneuil Hall and the Freedom Trail, as well as many of Boston's public transportation outlets. The team will guide the tour through the building.
