Capital Markets Update
Come hear one of the Nation’s leading experts give us his overview of today’s capital markets. Insights on the various sources of capital including commercial banks, life insurance companies, CMBS, Agency Lenders and other sources will be reviewed. What can we expect for next year?  Will goals be expanded? What can we expect for interest rates, underwriting terms and availability of capital. Will development return and if so, under what terms. What about capital available for recap opportunities such as mezzanine loans and preferred equity. John will give a national perspective and regional view and highlight any differences between the two.
