There are two types of BOMA Boston membership: Industry and Affiliate.
*Principal Members are the first Members from your company to join BOMA Boston. Each Member who joins after the Principal is considered an Additional Member and may join BOMA Boston at a lower membership rate.
Industry Member:
Those who are involved in the ownership or management of commercial property (property managers, tenant coordinators, developers, etc.). Principal Industry members’ dues are based on the square footage their company owns and/or manages—0-250,000 sf or more than 250,000 sf.

Those who provide a service to commercial building owners and managers (window cleaning companies, restoration specialists, construction companies, etc.).

The first person from your company to join BOMA Boston is the Principal (first) member and all others are considered Additional members. Membership benefits are equal for each member type.
